Each appointment begins with a consultation. Our trained service providers will talk with you to learn what your needs are. We design your service to compliment your lifestyle, making your experience positive and comfortable.
After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient for you and the service provider of your choice.
Policies
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, have a complimentary beverage, page through our style portfolios, change, and fill out any forms that may be necessary. We are committed to offering our guests a reliable timetable so that your service will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and charge a 25% cancellation fee.
Reservations Reservations are strongly recommended since our service providers schedules fill quickly. Walk-ins are always welcome and available appointment times are filled on a first come first served basis.
Cancellations Your service and spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to our other guests and our Service Providers, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required for your Giada appointment. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or not showing up for your appointment will result in a service charge of up to 100% of the appointment fee. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cell Phones Our mission is to provide an environment where relaxation and personal attention reign. Please be sure to turn off your cell phone when you enter the salon or spa to ensure that your experience, and that of others, is not disturbed.
Children Children arer always welcome during their scheduled service. Although we love children, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, wew ask that you refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon and spa.
Appointments Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first service to ensure a full Giada experience.
Gratuity We charge a 20% gratuity on all Bridal parties over 3 people and on all packages of 3 or more services.
Professionalism Our stylist, estheticians, nail technicians and massage therapists are highly trained and educated. They all attend professional and reputable schools. Our team prides themselves on quality services and an unforgettable Aveda experience.
